Whose 5 million?

I am concerned about the Clinton campaign. Yesterday HRC loaned her campaign 5 million dollars.
While i assume this si not a big deal and they can back this up with real dollars when needed form friends, whose money is this now?

I have read that NY state law does not recognize community property. HRC has for 16 years lived on a Federal salary. She and Bill claimed to have essentially no investments income when he graduated to ex president and actually claimed they had large debts for his legal affairs.

So where does she get $5 mil?

1. as a gift from Bill. Is that legal?
2. has she made enough from her books?

The campaigns have agreed not to publish their tax returns.
