Fallout from Kilpatrick lingers
Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, who resigned one year ago today, is faring better than the city he abandoned. He's living comfortably in a wealthy, gated community outside Dallas, while the city he said he would "never quit on" has struggled in his wake.
